HOW TO SET THE TIME

1. Pull out the crown to the second click position III

2. Turn the crown to set hour (3) and minute hands (2).(Check that AM / PM is set correctly.)

3. Push the crown back into the normal position. I

HOW TO SET THE DATE

1. Pull out the crown to the first click position II

2. Turn the crown to left for date setting

3. Turn the crown to right for day setting

4. Push the crown back into the normal position I

*Do not set the date between 9:00 P.M. and 4:00 A.M. as this will cause a malfunction.

SECOND TIME ZONE

EXAMPLE NEW YORK & DUBAI TIMING

The 12-Hour bezel (circle around the dial) provides an exceptionally easy way to track a second time zone without the need for a GMT movement. Simply rotate the 12 Hour Bezel and align with the markers relevant to a time zone you wish to follow.

By rotating the Bezel insert you are changing the time that your HOUR hand is pointing at.

So now you have the HOUR hand pointing at an EXTRA TIME ZONE, where are the interior of the watch (the dial) is showing your HOME time.

For example: NYC is 8 hours behind Dubai. If you travel to Dubai and want to know what time it is back home, you would rotate the bezel 4 clicks to the left until "4" appeared above the watch's 12 o'clock hour marker. Now, the hours in NYC correspond to the hours in local Dubai time. (You simply have to account for AM and PM.)

WINDUP THE MAIN SPRING

➣ Manual winding … Rotate the crown clockwise at normal position.

• Wind turning the ratchet wheel screw 8 times. It will start to move naturally after shaking slightly.

➢ To wind up with winding machine.

Full wind up conditions

• Rotary speed : 30 rpm

• Operating time : 60 minutes

CARE & MAINTENANCE

We would advise you to clean your watch regularly (except for the leather strap) using a soft cloth and warm soapy water. After immersion in salty water, rinse it in fresh water and leave it to dry completely. Do not leave it anywhere where it might be subjected to major variations in temperature or humidity, in direct sunlight or near strong magnetic fields. We would advise you to have your watch inspected every 3 to 4 years by an approved Solomon LEROI representative or retailer.
